Program Description
KPMG is looking for motivated graduate students to apply for Graduate Trainee Program (its Tax, Regulatory, and People Services ). The Program is meant to help you succeed in your division by providing an enriching experience with measurable on-the-job training.
The KPMG Internship program’s goal is to give talented undergraduate and graduate students from local and international institutions challenging opportunities to learn about KPMG’s business operations as a service company.

Program Duration: 12 – 24 Months

Eligibility for the Graduate Recruitment
- A minimum of 5 credits in your SSCE O’Level results including Math and English at a sitting.
- Have graduated from the University with a minimum of a second class Upper degree in any discipline.
- Must be below 26 years
- Must be undergoing NYSC, completed NYSC or provide appropriate documentation on exemption from the National Youth Corp Service.
- Law graduates must have a minimum of second class upper degree from the Nigerian Law School.
- Graduates form international universities must submit undergraduate transcript where class of degree is not stated on the certificate.
When to apply for the program ?
KPMG Graduate Program is a year round programme that allows candidates to apply all year.
KPMG recruits on a rolling basis, and some routes fill faster than others, so we’d encourage you to apply as early as possible. Typically, applications open every year in August and KPMG’s Launch Pad recruitment events usually take place between October and December of the same year.

Selection criteria
Graduate Test
As part of KPMG Graduate Program selection criteria, you will be expected to write our GMAT based aptitude test.
Once you have gone through the Aptitude test, you will be sent a link to go through our Situational Judgment Test. This form of test allows you us to assess your critical thinking qualities.
Assessment Centers
KPMG Graduate Program Assessment centers serves as our next stage of recruitment process. This process allows us to test your ability to work with others as a team.
This assessment is critical as it allows us evaluate how you respond to others during a team work exercise.
Program Interviews
Once successful at the assessment center, you will be invited for interviews where you meet with a Partner for a one on one interviews.
Recruitment Offer
This indicates you have successfully gone through all our recruitment process and have been considered for hire.
At this stage you will be required to go for a medical check up after which you will be given an offer letter.
