Eligibility Criteria for the Hire
- Minimum of 3 years (Post NYSC) relevant experience in Audit, Tax or Advisory Consulting.
- A minimum of 5 O’ Level credits in not more than two sittings (including English Language & Mathematics.)
- Must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) in any discipline from a recognized University (First degree.)
- Law graduates must obtain Second-Class Upper Division (2.1) in first degree as well as from Law School.

Que: How many years of experience is required to be eligible for Experienced Hire role?
Ans: Minimum of 3 years (post NYSC) relevant experience in Audit, Tax or Advisory Consulting. This excludes those with at least 1-year relevant post NYSC experience with any of the “Big Four” firms.

Ans:
• Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in any discipline from a reputable University
• Minimum of 5 ‘O’ level credits from not more than two (2) sittings (including English & Mathematics)
• A professional certification is an added advantage
Que: How many stages is the process?
Ans: There are up to a maximum of four (4) stages as listed below. However, this is dependent on the Unit and level under consideration.
Stage 1: Technical Assessment and Case Study (As may be applicable)
Stage 2: First round Manager’s interview
Stage 3: Second round Partner’s interview
Stage 4: Final round Head of Unit/Division’s interview
Que: What are my chances of growth or what determines the pace of my growth in the firm?
Ans: We are a performance driven firm; the pace of your growth is dependent on your performance which is typically reviewed every financial year. The process is open and fair.
Que: Can I reapply for a role if unsuccessful at the initial one?
Ans: The firm encourages you to apply for roles that you are most suitable for and that aligns with your career prospects. However, if referred by an interviewer to another Division/Unit, there is a chance of being reconsidered for the proposed role subject to availability of vacancy.
