Eligibility & selection criteria
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
-Be a citizen of Malaysia.
-Have applied and received an offer for an overseas fee place in a master degree by coursework^ for commencement in 2023
-Not be sponsored by a scholarship provider external to the University of Melbourne
-Have achieved a weighted average mark for previous study of at least 65 (University of Melbourne equivalent)
NB: Excluding courses offered by Melbourne Business School Ltd.
Selection criteria
The scholarship is offered to all eligible students.
What are the benefits?
The scholarship will provide a one-off allowance of $5,000 (paid in half-yearly instalments of $2,500).
Conditions
This scholarship is subject to the Coursework Scholarship Terms and Conditions. In addition:
This scholarship cannot be deferred to the following year.
If you enrol in an Australian Fee Place or Commonwealth Support Place, the scholarship will cease.
You can hold this scholarship concurrently with another University of Melbourne scholarship
You cannot hold this scholarship with a sponsorship from a scholarship provider external to the University of Melbourne
